Ended up with cuts and infection after pedicure. Worst service ever

I had my sns nails removed with my friend who got her nails done. When we walked in we were told it was a 15 minute wait we ended up waiting over an hour as other people who walked in after us were served first. While I was getting my nails removed the lady filing my nails was very rude commenting on my eyelash extensions asking if I needed a refill while laughing. This continued with laughing with the other ladies one sat next to me to join in on the conversation. I’ve never had a problem here until now and I won’t be coming back

Worst pedicure ever!!! If you want bleeding nails from rough care and lack of patience, then this is the place to get your nails UN DONE. I normally go to Best Nail Salon in Chelsea but was in Frankston, so chose convenience and to give them a try. Huge mistake. The service, care and work at Chelsea reigns supreme. Terrible service at Galaxy Nails in Frankston. Totally made me feel as though I was interrupting them even though 2 free technicians.There was only 1 other customer in the place-so..you know...quiet! Uneven filing. Kept hitting painted nails with drying machine so she had to do over several times. Her face would literally crack if she had to smile..which obviously she didn't. Half-ar##d job. Really dissapointed. Would give negative stars rather than one if could.

I attempted to have my nails done 3 times at this business and every single time there has only been 2-3 customers and they advise there is NO wait time. Every single time I have waited more than 30 minutes and I have ended up leaving - EVERY time. Ridiculous service - just tell the truth about wait times.

Hi Guys . Im Kelly from Galaxy Nails . I was old owner at Galaxy Nails Frankston before but I had been sold the Galaxy Nails at Frankston to new owner 2 months ago. And i have been back to work full time at Galaxy Nails Langwarrin Plaza now . I had sns done, (very very thin) three nails broken in three stays. Went back to have them reapplied, only reapplied the three when I asked her to do all of them again.Don’t waste your time here, they rip you off!!!!!!

Messiest nails I’ve ever gotten went back to see if they could fix for me and they just turned me away do not recommend going here

The lady thst done my nails was very rude and very aggressive and she also got very angry with ne when things didnt go her way i will never go back back

The first time random come to a nails salon on boring day. Had tried some their service. Quit happy all the jobs they did. Thanks Luci had done my SNS done and other girls friendly.

Nails infected, cuticles bleeding and then when I went to get my refund they were trying to shift the blame on me because I should’ve told them it was happening. I warned them I have very thin skin and sensitive to the drills, also trauma to my nails before so I might be a bit anxious. Ignored completely and after 45 minutes I finally got my refund, because the owner doesn’t allow their team to do them
