We ordered a model Y in March with April/May delivery window. Tesla have delayed delivery 5 times and now expecting mid July. FYI they don’t notify you, they just keep pushing back the date.

When looking to buy we found the staff very honest and not pushy at all. On collection they were very helpful, explained everything to us and didn’t rush us letting us take as long as we needed.

On star for the male staff, otherwise would like to give 0 star. Accidentally got four tyres replaced, accidentally got one tyre build at 2020 which is older than my Tesla.I paid top dollars for the tyres. If you want to have historical tyre than Tesla Chatswood will be a great place, otherwise go somewhere else. Customer service and reply as slow as usual no surprise like all the time, been hand this issue to Tesla through Tesla APP, no reply over 24 hrs. Tesla lost all my trust from Musk!

My model 3 (ordered from existing inventory) has been postponed twice. the delivery date in the app is like a shifting goalpost. when you call, no one picks up. i can't even reach to my sales, he doesn't pick up either. To me, looks like they just want you to pay the deposit, and afterward, no response to any enquires. they push all responsibility to custom and port for delay. if i know this in advance, i would have go for another brand. terrible experience and disappointed.

Got great info. from Don! Gee Tesla are all around the future of transport! I prebooked a 'test drive', first time drive! Fantastic; very easy, comfortable and exciting. Caught an UBER from Chatswood Station. We loved it so much we bought one!

I was served within a minute of entering the showroom by Ruyi, a very helpful and informative man. He helped me with my many questions, spending about 45 minutes with me. I'll be back, maybe to buy a Model 3.

Looking to test drive a Tesla, I was happy to see they were having test drives in Newcastle. I received an email to register my interest and was contacted by Louis, who left a message I called back and left him a message.No response for 6 days. I spoke with him and booked a test drive only to be text back minutes later saying the car was unavailable. I asked what other times were available and he text me back to advise there was none available. Poor service.

Went on test drive two times here for the Model 3, Louis was really helpful and patient with me. Changed my order 3 times and he did his absolute best to help me get into my new car! Enjoying my M3LR right now
