Bought Thursday an chicken burger normal burger an chips came home after 3 minutes drive unpacked it and everything was cold. it’ll be cold already on the moment I bought it.I notice the staff was very busy to take photos of the manager how have stickers taped to his back that was more important than keep them busy with the food and customer’s. We will never going back to this McDonald’s in Woodvale

Absolutely worst service. Went to dine in and waited for someone to take my money for my order. (EFT not working). No one at main counter and 3 people wait at delivery pickup. After nearly 15 mins ask if any service and reply was they're just uber" and just walk off and didn't even bother to ask if I needed anything. Happy now EFT not working cause they didn't have my money so just walked out. Worst management so go elsewhere."

Ordered a ceaser grilled wrap, no bacon which doesn’t leave much excitement left inside my wrap. Chips were cold. Clearly understaff as I would hope the staff are doing there best. I suggest the owners pick up their game

Hands down the worst McDonald's and worst customer service I have ever come across. Do not spend your money here. Ordered 1 drink, and was seriously asked to go to the waiting bay where we unbelievably waited a further 10 minutes. We drove back through, since there were no staff at the counter to ask if they had forgotten.The order was wrong, the staff member who took the order incorrectly, refused to rectify his mistake and was so rude and incompetent, I am absolutely flabbergasted he has a job.Zero stars, will never, ever return and will snooze McDonald's altogether!

Cannot manage to get the order correct when going through drivethru. Went in to get the missing food. Found front of house unattended. Had to shout for service, all the people inside, waiting on food for over 15 minutes and asking for refunds due to servicing drivethru first. Put more staff on!Had to add this on, daughter has just been through drivethru, for a hot chocolate, got home just hot milk, no chocolate, lol.

Everything was good till I ate a chip they were stone cold and uneatable both large chips. But I had to wait for the 40 nuggets but would think they would have cooked fresh chips to accommodate for the time of wait. Other than that, everything else was good.

We came for drive through not even during peak dinner rush at 5.30pm on friday. Everything was good ordering wise until we got to the final window to get our food. We got the right drinks but then got handed a bag with food that wasn't ours. before we drove off we noticed and told the presenter. who told us it was definitely our order. We told him that if it was there was too many fries and could he please check. Even a manager came to oversee, but we just watched as the worker took out two of the fries and placed them back on the heater and pass us back the SAME BAG. he assured us this was our order and told us to drive forward. Sure enough it was not our order. we payed $50 for only $30 worth of food. Even more disappointedly stone cold. from the first bite to the last. We tried to call numerous times but nobody picked up. Definitely should have gone to kingsway.

Bought two frappes a 20 pack of nuggets and a double Big Mac meal.Had to wait about 15 minutes which is average time for any take out joint so no problem there but what I do have a problem with is receiving a (Double big Mac) cold as anything else with half the guts hanging outside the box and the whole make up of the burger just looked unappealing and the nuggets taste stale and cold as if they had been microwaved and left in the fridge for too long the same could be said about the chips in both meals the only thing that was done to any ordinary standard was the drinks which I was very surprised at after witnessing the absolute crime scene that was my order.It also seems the staff could do with a teamwork exercise or two.
