Feature Fencing

The whole process from quote to installation was a pleasant experience. Feature fencing provided a range of recommendations and options for our needs and kept us informed about processes along the way. They had an attention to detail that I did not get from other quotes, and their customer service and promptness in responding to something that needed changing was much appreciated.

We were looking for a gate in a tricky location against a retaining wall with a slight slope. Many other providers wanted to get a deposit and start fabricating, but Feature Fencing were happy to do a proper measurement. They came up with a great design for the installation and made sure all the details were right including gap width between slats and colour to match our existing fence. The installation was great, taking the time to make sure everything was plumb and the gate swing is perfect. Very happy with the quality of the gate and the installation.

I purchased an aluminium pool fence from Feature Fencing recently and had it fitted by a family friend.The whole process went very smoothly right from the measuring up, through to manufacture and then the fitting. Everything fit perfectly and didn't require any trimming. All of the staff that I dealt with (Mark, John and Lesley) were all very friendly and professional. I have no complaints and would use Feature Fencing again.

Excellent service and craftsmanship, the entire process from first contact to quote and then installation was seamless. When the quote was being prepared on site Mark took the time to ask questions about how I would use the access gates on my property and suggested options that would suit my needs. The installation was done while I was at work but the standard of fit and finish was exceptional and the area was spotless. I highly recommend Feature Fencing.

Whilst satisfied with the quality of the product delivered (front fence and automatic gate), the level of customer service and professionalism displayed by Feature Fencing was incredibly disappointing. We engaged Feature Fencing in early November 2020 mainly due to their competitive pricing, however after paying a 30% deposit we were informed that they had miscalculated the quote by approx $1300. Given the time elapsed and deposit paid, we chose to continue and were provided a completion date of mid-January. In anticipation of this date, we completed the required prep work over the Christmas period. In mid-January, the track was installed and I was informed that they could now measure and commence manufacturing. When questioning the timeframe, I was advised that mid-February would be a more realistic date". Mid-February came round and no updates had been provided (despite repeated requests). We were contacted and advised that installation would occur in the week of 22 February

I have to admit I'm a pretty harsh critic. When I came home at the end of the day and saw the job that was completed I couldn't have been happier. I love attention to detail right down the the cleanliness of the entry point of the posts into the limestone. I inspected it all and I have to admit the workmanship was flawless. Could not be happier. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Feature fencing were great to deal with. They were prompt, affordable and very helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with our queries and got the job done 6 weeks earlier than expected. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this company for future work
