I really cannot rate Voldat highly enough.To start materially, their prices are reasonable, even on my 80s Volvo. They just have parts ready to use. It's fantastic.But on another, more important level, John (who services my car) has consistently given more time than I ever expected for troubleshooting and maintenance for my car, even when fully booked out.They're quite a drive from where I live but it's worth it -- I will only use them.

Brilliant place to get your Volvo serviced and fixed. John is great with older cars and keeping them on the road. His workshop is always interesting to visit with classic vintage Volvos often in the shop.

I visited two other mechanics prior to Voldat. They had my car for over a month combined and still couldn’t diagnose the problem. When I called John to bring the car down and I explained the issue he already knew what it was without even seeing it and upon inspection he was right. They had it fixed and ready for me the next day at an amazing competitive price. Can’t believe my luck finding Voldat. Won’t be going anywhere else moving forward.

Exactly how a mechanic should be, incredibly helpful and honest. they know what they are doing, always show and explain what work has been done and are fairly priced. Only place in Melbourne i trust with my S60R. highly recommended.

Voldat are the best independent shop in Melbourne for your Volvo servicing. Both John and Mark combined have an expertise spanning from classic Volvos right up to modern showroom cars. They will look after your car and you with very competitive pricing. Highly recommended.

I remember my old boss Jim Eastwood dealing with Voldat at the time, but didn't have much to do with them until I bought a volvo, then I met Mark who admire alot. combined both John, Mark and the crew are an awesome one stop shop for anything volvo. whether it be a repair, service or even tune I am more than happy to recommend Voldat Automotive.much appreciated Mark

I used jon a couple of times to fix minor issues… he’s super knowledgeable and old school mechanic. He fitted me in at drop of a hat.. first fixed first my rad hose (very reasonable) and then reset a sensor (engine warning light) at no cost. Recommended.
