Coles Wetherill Park

Coles Wetherill Park, notorious for not having products on their shelves; doesn't matter what day of the week. Specifically finding a pattern that when products are on special, guess what the shelves are empty!!!! I work nearby, and able to check every other day of the week after the weekend shop....and shelves are still not stocked. Its a pattern and a disappointing one at that....also... God forbid you ask someone to check out the back for stock..its like you have asked them for blood.

Clean store, good size, has most of what I was looking for, can't always guarantee you'll get a shopping cart.

So I was served on register one by a beautiful girl, she was the quickest, most efficient worker there. She packed my bags so well. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find an item I couldn’t find for myself. Not only was she the best worker there, she is definitely the prettiest. Well done Coles Stocklands, I believe the workers name was Sandra, I don’t 100% remember but I am 99% sure that was her name, cute face, brunette hair and a beautiful smile.

Large modern store.Just wanted to commend the staff member at the self serve today. Was really courteous and helpful.Makes the customer feel valued.Keep up the good work.

Visited coles to purchase a new phone I was very pleased with their range and got what I was looking for in one shop

It’s 5pm.. and I visited coles wethrill park… but unfortunately i didn’t buy anything from your shop.. because there was not a single trolley in the bay… i will not visit coles again…

Low on a couple of things I needed, but the staff was really helpful. Hanna? Helped me out.

I went to this coles branch to buy some bread at 9:55 PM, but I was not allowed in by Stephanie, I told her that It’s against the policy as all what I needed to do is get bread and pay, but she rudely refused.

This was one of the worst customer service desks I have ever been to.I purchased some items online from “click and collect” in Coles Wetherill Park and today after work, I went to the store. One of the staff members name “Chloe” brought me the product in the trolley which was completely different from what I placed in my order.I spoke with her with courtesy that all these products weren’t what I purchased online. Then she started to raise her voice in a very aggressive way and was very rude to me, saying that they don’t have the same product and these are substitutions of the same thing. Of course, how can I accept the items that are not the same as what I purchased? I said to her, I am more than happy to put it in backorder, I can wait for that, whenever you have it in stock, just give me a call. Then she said to me, they don’t do backorders and you are the one who ordered these online you have to call customer service to tell them that you don’t want these items and want to have a refund.Seriously!!! I was wondering if she had proper training before she got this job. That’s not the way to talk and treat the customer like that. I paid for that, I didn’t ask for anything for free.Honestly, I am very disappointed that you don’t have good training for your staff. Just not sure how many customers you already lost because of the rude staff like her.You can check on my records on how often I came to this store and how much I spent every week in this store.From now on I will not step my foot in this store ever again because you have amazing impolite staff.
