Marcus and the team did a great job from start to finish, Marcus is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.We would recommend Tranquil Pools if you are looking at putting a pool in.

Wasted my time by not turning up for a booked time for a quote. If this is how they treat customers at the very beginning of the process I have no intention of pursing any business with them. Not even a phone call to apologise for not turning up. Unacceptable.

After having a really awful experience with another pool company in Ballina I contacted Tranquil pools a mess who came around the very next day on a Tuesday and commenced building my pool on a Friday – it was an absolute pleasure working with Marcus and the team and on top of that I know I have the best pool because I went with Tranquil pool, magnesium, heated, huge and elegant – I couldn’t be happier!
