Wow what a lovely pharmacy. Most businesses could learn a thing or two from Nathan and his beautiful team of ladies. Their customer service is incredible! This would have to be one of the best retail experiences I've had. I walked in to find them all interacting with a lovely customer, laughing and chatting, yet still had time to acknowledge me as soon as I entered, and they even remembered our telephone conversation. There is definitely something to be said for small business

I found the pharmacist rude, I asked for a flu vacc and he brought it to me, he did not show me the medication, and when I asked for it to be put in a certain part of my deltoid muscle, his reply was I have been trained to do it this way" he then injected fast and hard. Not a pleasant experience

Since Nathan took over last November this chemist is the best I have been to.Nathan is the most considerate, caring and helpful pharmacist.He doesn't judge anybody, he treats EVERYBODY as equals.The rest of the staff have really shone since Nathan took over.THIS is the best chemist this side of Toowoomba.

Awesome service from Nathan. Was booked for flu shot at other Oakey chemist only to arrive (we don’t live local) & be told they couldn’t do under 10 so walked into Oakey Pharmacy & Nathan got us straight in & with a smile & lollypop for the kids. What service!!!
