Rude staff. No updates on any websites at all RE wait times and expectations for covid centre. No consideration to people shown beyond the people directly in front of them. No signage RE covid testing or bookings or wait time, would not come to this medical centre for anything in the future.

I was a patient at Emerald Medical for nearly 20 years, and moved to a regional area in early '21.Having reduced services where I am now is hard enough, but this move has also highlighted just how wonderful the doctors and staff at Emerald are. I think I managed to see most of the doctors there, and the nurses, and all of them were always dedicated to patient care. My personal doctor even went above and beyond on some occasions.But the reception staff also need to be congratulated on their professionalism and ALWAYS friendly helpfulness. Kudos to all of you.

Today I was blown away with the incredible service and treatment by Bec, upon presenting quite unwell she really looked after me. She was amazing! First time seeing Dr Madden, he was thorough, professional and very personable.

Tanya is very professional, kind, supportive to translation requirements and went out of her way to aquire appropriate podiatrist services. Tanya followed up via a phone call to advise the outcome of her progress to attain goods from the supplier. Highly recommend Tanya's podiatrist services. Receptionists at arrival were very friedly and helpful regardless of the bussiness of the clinic.

Been twice now to this medical centre and both times receptionist has been abrupt and downright rude. There’s just no need for the tone. A slither of empathy wouldn’t go astray. Will not be back.

Always receive fantastic service and a friendly smile upon walking in. The new renovations have updated the rooms making them modern yet comfortable. Doctors are always willing to listen and don't always jump to medical treatment, suggesting alternative ways to assist with problems if possible. Appropriate medical treatment has always been provided when required. Would highly recommend as a family doctors surgery.

A month ago gave me wrong referral note wrote “pain instead of injury” so the X-ray clinic said we have to charge you, when I called back emerald medical they said it would be a new call out and would be fully chargeable, their answer when explained the problem was in a fake soft voice “sorry, that’s just our policy”.Charged extra for cancelation without prior information that’s part of the policy. Again with a fake soft voice “sorry, that’s our policy”. Do yourselves a favour stay away from here. The Drs tend to be average too.

My Mum, Diane Sturdy visits Tanya regularly and she thinks that her personality and professionalism is second to none. She always makes Mum feel very welcome and comfortable and always does an amazing job with her feet.

I consistently have excellent care at Emerald Medical Centre, and would highly recommend (and do) to family and friends. I love the idea of a medical home for the Hills and thrilled that they now offer Allied Health services. Fabulous idea and a great thing for our community.
