An absolute nightmare of a company to deal with.Zero communication skills . Currently taking 4-5 months to come up with a fix for my vacuum cleaner .Have now just been invoiced $500 randomly for something that I haven’t ordered or asked for .Employees are always on leave , and cannot be reached . And messages are not being passed on.Unfortunately I no longer have the patients to deal with this company and have zero confidence with their back up support .BradB Forster Engineering
