Randwick Seafood (Costi Seafoods Randwick)

Bought a box of scallops for $60 and it was just awful! Couldn't taste the scallops other than bicarb/baking soda that they soak the scallops in. Terrible. Will never buy seafood from here again.

Okay they gave me stale fish once. I thought it was once off.Then they did it again the very next time I bought.Im easy going, but im not stupid.I mean come on, in the very first place a fish monger should pride itself with selling fresh goods.

Didn't get the fish I needed for Easter lunch because shop was closed before its posted Easter Saturday closing time. Not happy.Shop had posted hours until 7pm on Easter Saturday, per a special poster about Easter hours that's been up for days. I arrived at 6:45pm. The shop was dark, the cases were cleared, and staff had their coats on and were on the way out.I didn't get my fish fillet for my solo Easter Sunday lunch. So, nice quality, but that doesn't mean much if you can't actually buy it. I averaged 5 for quality and 1 for service based on the early closure before specially posted hours and have rated the shop 3. I even went earlier in the week to taste-test their fish by getting a piece of grilled fish, to make sure they'd be a good choice for my Easter meal.If you're going to go to the trouble to post special holiday week hours, adhere to them -- particularly on a day where people may be buying their holiday food. If you're really not sure when you're going to close, put til late"

Awesome place to purchase fish. Guy name saumya is very helpful and he assisted me to find out the fish that suited my desired taste.. perfect fish quality bought some salmon over the weekend and it tasted just “amazing”. I definitely encourage everyone to go over to this place and make your meal terrific! Also, Excellent customer service and really quick and helpful staffs

Fish wash beautiful and fresh!! Service was outstanding and nothing was a both even though it was nearly close time. Fish was cleaned properly and packed with cooler to sustain the summer heat for over an hour!!!
