Masterdry Carpet Cleaning
Had Chris come and clean my cream leather lounge and it looks like brand new again. Let it go a bit longer than I should as you can see from the pictures but I never thought it would come out looking nearly as good as it did. Great work and customer service from Masterdry and I will surely call them again to come and clean my lounge and carpets!

Christopher was very punctual and communication was exceptional. The quote recieved was cheaper than 2 other companies and it was definitely great value for money the cleaning service he provided is absolutely amazing my lounge suite looks brand new and the carpet is outstanding! Could not fault this company at all thank you Christoper appreciate your work will definitely be in contact in the future! And those complaining about the smell post clean it's not bad at all.. Would highly recommend this company!

Masterdry Carpet Cleaning
I requested 2x rug cleans and upholstery cleaning at the end of my bed, the chemicals were so strong my husband and I had to leave the room and open all the doors whilst it’s been raining! I emailed Chris twice to find out what chemicals were used as he mentioned they are non toxic and he didn’t respond. My rug upstairs looks the same as when he showed up and my storage at the end of the bed still has all the stains, I found him to be unfriendly and rushing to get the job done when I tried to make conversation.

Masterdry Carpet Cleaning
The person who attended the job was over an hour late for the job. He had very strong perfume on. The chemicals used were so strong that I could not enter my house for 3 hours. The run was soaked for 12 hours and had to be dried outside. The bed had such strong odor from chemicals that I could not sleep on it the first night.When questioned the company advised that i should have told them to use less chemicals. Very disappointing!!!
