Disgusting food.Chicken pieces flavorless and undercooked - tasted like boiled chicken without salt.Loose to gravy consistency powdered mashed potato" .Tasteless powdered gravy (couldn't they buy even a basically commercial acceptable flavour?)The few chips supplied as part of the box were floppy and without any salt or seasonings.The whole box was greasy and we had to use own tissues to sop up the grease as the single sheet of toilet paper consistency supplied was insufficient to clean up the grease.The only thing we are grateful for is that we did not suffer from salmonella after the alleged "meal".Unless "Colonel Sanders" lifts its game significantly

Moved into the area recently and of the 3 times I've gotten food here, all 3 times my chocolate mousse has been frozen solid so the flimsy spoon has snapped in half when trying to eat it. And that's when they actually remembered to provide it. The other constants I've noticed every time is the staff arguing out back who is actually going to be stuffed serving customers out front, the chips being flavourless with no salt, and the chicken being stale. Management need to sort this out. In the meantime, I'll be going to the Greensborough store from now.

We ordered a zinger box and a hot and spicy zinger box with 2 sets of extra hot and spicy chickens (4 extra pieces of chicken). We didn’t get our wicked wings and 2 of the extra hot and spicy chickens. I called the manager, and he was trying to argue back with me to get his point across. Telling me the person with the headset in drive through was new and still in training, which shows how his management skills are in training new staff. Horrible experience, can never trust to get the right order with Eltham KFC and we aren’t gonna be bothered to drive all the way back for 5 pieces of chicken in this economy with the expensive petrol.

Very disappointed with KFC Eltham today.I attended the store and proceed to the digital ordering kiosk at the front to place the order. After taking time to select a number of items totalling about $65 in value for my family I tried to them submit the order and pay. The system gave me an error message. I tried a number of times but same thing.The didn’t look particularly busy, although I saw about 4 parties waiting and 2 delivery drivers waiting for orders. It was a Sunday approx 6:30pm.I was served straight away and informed the staff member of the kiosk issue. They didn’t offer much explanation just urged me to give them the order.I wanted 15 tenders, they only had 5 left.I asked for hot n crispy instead but they had none.I asked for original recipe chicken and they also had none! 6:30pm on a Sunday?I ended up ordering wicked wings and a burger box, which I had to repeat 3 times what burgers I wanted in the four included.The wait for the order was particularly longer than usual and there were 3 people before me that we called up for their order who were most unhappy about the wait and/or the contents of their order upon checking.When I got my order I saw the box 15 wings I ordered was missing, so I queried this with the counter staff member who replied “no they are in your bag”. They clearly were not and I had to show her inside. Thankfully she admitted the mistake and apologised.I really love KFC and so does my family. I really hope this doesn’t happen again.

Had take away for tea, service was slow as was busy and flat out. Tables and chairs hadn't been wiped down so no where to sit and eat. Waited half an hour or more for my order.

Rude staff one time I gave $50 in the drive through and should have gotten $32.05 change not paying attention and get around to the next windows and noticed I was short changed $20. I bought this up with the manager at the time makala and spoke to me like I was beneath her and like I was lying she then said ill check the cameras which I said OK then I'll wait and then she said sorry it'll take 2 hours for the computer to load which I could tell was a complete lie and then she took my number and never called me back.Very poor quality food there the service is disgusting best to avoid kfc eltham

Poor kids don’t have any decent managers to guide them or run the show. That means that the customers suffer and the kids working cop the blame which isn’t fair. They constantly have items unavailable (no bacon today for example) and always mess up the order in some way.

1 star would be very generous.Sad looking chicken wrap. Tasteless, freezing cold sloppy slaw that made the wrap a disaster.This coupled with some over processed popcorn chicken.Gross gross gross.Never ever again.Deleting the KFC app.

How is it possible that the last three times we have come to the KFC they haven’t had chicken. It seems that no matter what time you come to order chicken is a 30 minute wait. Given C is for chicken I find this ridiculous. The staff are young and try hard but when there is a rush it is totally disorganised and when it’s quiet they don’t come out the front to serve you. We have never sat in and nor would we as the place is a sticky, slipper mess.
