Kaya Beauty Salon

I booked kaya for facial as per the time suitable to them.1 hr facial with 25 mins left with face pack as there were other clients who were walking in.I cannot comment if they had appointment or not,though from conversations going on,it didn't look they had appointment. If you double book or entertain every walk ins with one staff how can facial take place. I was asked would u like to take steam,I trust with or without steam, cleaning of white heads etc is done despite me taking steam,no such cleaning was entertained. This is first time in my life ,almost with 100s of facial done, I was left with dry cotton eye pads as the and mask was applied soon there was a knock at door. Charges are high with kind of service. Neither returning nor recommending.

Have been looking for a beauty salon since moving to the area and I always get so nervous going to a new place for my eyebrows! I have been a few times and everytime I walk away loving the outcome :) Great experience and great service!! ❤️

Got squeezed in without an appointment but did that effect the quality of services provided... not at all... had gone for threading (overgrown eyebrows) but the girl Akansha wooooow! So smooth and the threading done by her was painless ... She was professional and lovely to talk to. Akansha your work is as beautiful as you..thank you for your lovely service

We were very disappointed. My mother was booked in for hair and makeup for a wedding yesterday. We had to re-do her hair when she got home (as it was simply pulled back) and her makeup was extremely thick and nothing like we had requested. My mother also felt as though her appointment was rushed. Further, my grandmother was booked in for a hair appointment. My grandmother’s hair was just brushed, that’s it. Her hair looked exactly the same as she did prior to the appointment. As a result I also had to re-do her hair. An extremely poor service; it was not worth the charging price. We will not be returning and we will not be recommending this salon to anyone.

AK did my eyebrows for the first time. I booked over the phone and went in expecting to get my eyebrows plucked instead she used string which was fascinating to me. Subtle finish which is what I asked for. Very happy with the result, would definitely recommend for males looking to keep groomed. Keep up the good work AK.

So happy that we went here today. Not only did they fit us in on a busy day, but it was my Nanna’s first time getting her legs waxed and the beauty therapist whose nickname is ‘Wish’ really took care of her. We will definitely be back and recommend their services to everyone.
