Paid for the $50 service and seriously disappointed ☹️ Not overly busy (2 cars in front of mine) but took a lot longer than usual. Was told personally, that car was ready but was parked in so I couldn’t leave anyway as they were still cleaning the interior of the car in front of me. When I started to drive out I noticed that the windscreen didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. Was offered an excuse of ‘it’s because it has been in the rain’ (certainly not raining today). When I questioned why ‘water marks’ come off normally when it is washed properly? I was then told someone would come out and redo the windscreen. Unfortunately ALL windows look the same and don’t appear to have been cleaned on the inside or the outside. Upon further inspection of my car when arriving home - door jams haven’t been wiped, side mirrors not washed and car looks like it’s had a half hearted clean.Not sure what’s happened Hoppys??? But seriously disappointing!!!

Unfortunately these outlets are becoming less appealing to use. Over the years processes have been neglected and most stores are very poorly managed.Customer waiting areas are disgustingly dirty and unpleasant to visit. Toilets are filthy with no toilet paper and the cafe looks abandoned when ever you walk in. The TV screens no longer work or display the progress of your vehicle.I’ll be using home service detailing from now on. Surprisingly the price and quality of work is more competitive than I thought it would be.

I paid $230 for interior detailing and exterior clean. The service at the front counter was average and then picked up my car for the windshield to be still dirty. Really upset as I’m a student on a budget and trying to get my car clean for a job and the windshield is the one thing everyone looks at….

Paid $100 for an exterior wash and wheel detail. Waited 90 minutes for car to be finished but no response - approached attendant for update and was told I was supposed to pay when I dropped car off so they didn't tell me the car was ready.To top it off, the rims were still dirty and no tire shine applied. Felt like such an effort to do the work properly and they were happy to leave it 50% completed. Make sure when you get your car done you speak up if its not done properly as the quality of work is 3/10.

I paid $185 for a car wash with a leather care package and wish I didn’t. I had to spend time the next day cleaning the car myself as dash, centre console, radio and odometer screen were filthy. The inside windows had smears all over it and the drivers seat has a white residue covering it. I wouldnt bother going here its not worth the time and money. They also took 45 mins longer than they said.

Have used this place many times (10+) the last two visits after paying for the $35 external wash only. I check the rims and they have not bothered to clean them properly. The first time l turned a blind eye because it was a busy day. Yesterday they had maybe 4 cars at that time. There was at least 6 staff. What happened to good customer service? I won't be returning.

390$ detail on my 2021 BMW X5M, cracked the windscreen and refused to take responsibility. 4000$ windscreen quote from BMW, thankfully my insurance covers it free. Not to mention wheel wells were filled with dirt, buff marks and dry compound on the roof.Massively over priced rubbish.

Quick to take the money.....slow to do the job! 45 minutes after taking payment, my car was still left with its motor running (today's petrol prices!!!! $2.02AU per/ltr) untouched and unattended in a queue going nowhere! When I enquired I was informed that it would take another 45 mins.....$ 75 and 1.5 hours of my life sitting in a carpark. Not what I call a satisfying experience

Terrible. I was warned by another customer that they had their paint striped while in the there. I ignored them and went through. I had all th polish striped from my car wheels, bull bar and window frames. Ive tried contacting them via email and phone to discuss the issue as it wasn't obvious till we had started our journey home. We love 4 hours from the gold coast but will now be returning to make the formal complaints.
