These guys are THE BOMB!! Our swimming club LOVE Team Elite's medals - and proudly wear them adorned around their necks at carnivals. We have ordered the reversible caps now for 5 years and they are fantastic quality and our players love them.

Bad communications, slow postage, missing items and really bad customer service and support is my experience with team elite many times over the past year.I would not recommend using them to produce merchandise for your club or event.Problems with a number of events including one that I managed. Missing items at following events and wrong sizes for dragon boat state teams in two states.As a personal customer ordering directly from TE, no follow up emails or advice on delays. When I did get an Express post order it was rejected by AUSPost and sent by road as they didn't sign the AUSPost air declaration.Problems happen with events and orders - this is life - however the really bad communications and the way problems are handled is the problem here.
