Grooming service was absolute garbage. Very unprofessional, these are the photos right after the cut, $90 for this job. Its embarrassing taking our pups outside. WILL NEVER GO BACK

Over the phone I was told costs of vaccination and microchip was around $180- we were unable to get my kitten vaccinated due to her weight but the cost was the same because i got charged $100 for a consult (which i was never aware of). However, Janessa was great with my kitten and staff were nice. Such a shame they aren’t transparent with pricing and try to get the most out of people, considering there are multiple reviews that say the same thing.

I have been taking my dog (almost 8 years old now) since he was a puppy for puppy school and vaccinations. Their true professionalism and kindness has shone through in the last two years as Zuko has been in and out of SASH. They will follow up serious issues proactively. Recent blood work was done over the weekend as an emergency and I received a call from them at 8am on Monday for the results. Very grateful for their continued care - usually a different vet with each visit but all have been very compassionate, and all communicate with each other.

Disgusting vet. Care more about money then service and your animals welfare.No matter how nice you are to their staff, they are entitled and take advantage and just dish out appalling attitude. I received threatening emails from their nurse sarah short expecting last minute pick up and demanding payment before handing over my cat which they cant legally do simply just for complaining about their attrocious management.I warned them that my cat could be fiery sometimes and they just acted so rediculous over it, left nasty notes on his record and refused to give him any compassion all because I owed another vet some money where a payment arrangement had been made.Throughout the stay sarah and kelly continuously threatened withholding things to ensure payment despite me insuring them it would be paid and being nothing but polite.They are just the rudest people.Interesting vets request kindness from patients due to vet suicide and this lot bully patients themselves.

Great team! Very patient and professional. My cat suddenly got pretty sick last Sunday, and we took him to Epping Vet Clinic on Monday. Margaret is very professional and experienced. Our cat got a lot better on Tuesday and is completely fine now. Janessa is also very professional and empathetic. Really glad we made the decision to take our there.

Always an amazing experience whenever I bring my pet to Epping vets. They are kind and compassionate & offer the biggest support and upmost care with owners and their beloved pets.The team really looked after me and my Cat for his Surgery.

Had my dog spayed here. Amazing and caring vets and nurses. Thoroughly answered all my questions. Dog always enjoys her visits here :)

As a regular customer, i have to say that all of their doctors and nurses are friendly, professional and lovely. They always take good care of my cats and solve all the problems. Hope we don't need to go there often but we do enjoy time there.
