Lovely Matron Staff Member served me today and was very helpful with my enquiries about R M Williams Gear and workwear and was more then welcome to spend that extra moment to explain everything to me. The worst experience, put a pair of boots on order and told they would arrive in a couple weeks. A couple weeks went by, no boots, no phone call to advise the status. Had to chase several times for an update to then speak to a girl who had no idea about anything. Then waited another two weeks for them to come in for them to be sold to someone else. Would definitely call another store that can be depended on.

We recently requested 140 items all embroidered with a specific logo at short notice and they went above and beyond sourcing the items ensuring on time delivery and pushing it through to their artwork team to complete it all ahead of time.
