Never give repeats always having to ask them to resend scripts. Only started coming in jan each month hoping it’d be different but it’s not. Lesson learnt won’t be returning this time.To your response, no not for me personally for my child who requires monthly medications. I did express my concerns and unsatisfactory to your employees who one young lady just snickered and the pharmacist seemed to not care. I had to ask twice for them to resend the scripts while I was there and the young assistant the second time rolled her eyes ‘happy got it now’Yes definitely the correct one opposite the coles near Siena. Was easy and most convenient but now will go out of my way to avoid here.

Excellent care and customer service. Great parking and location (next to Coles). Very handy. Also love their gift shop items!

Terrible customer service. I just went there eating my ice cream. The one with blonde hair and glasses said me to eat outside. So I said okay and walked out. The way going out I can see over the wall glasses she was keep watching me. She said she doesn’t want clean the ice cream. I felt so bad. How rude her action was! It was only five minutes left to closing. That’s why she did?? They should have a sign for no eating or drink!!

The staffs are very Rude and not knowledgeable. I had a second-time bad experience. Specifically rude with kids. Not recommend it at all.

Love this Pharmacy! They always go above and beyond to help me. They contact me about my scripts and are super reliable and well stocked with a good variety of product. Will drive past other Pharmacies to go to this one.#loyalcustomer

Lady at front counter advising they do not certify ID - biggest joke. Were not that busy either and is generally a nice to offer service to the community. I have frequented this chemist a few times and one lady in particular glasses, blonde hair, elder lady acts as if it is her store, the way she treats people is dismissive and plain right disrespectful. Would rate negative stars if I could. There is a pharmacy down the road which I'd recommend any day over this establishment.

Nice new store. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking on-site. Plenty of items to look at while you wait for your medication and appointment.Lots of quality items to purchase for the body mind and home for everyone.Coles and other businessesare nearby too so you can get the groceries done too.
