You should update your actual trading hours to your website. Just wanted to exchange a wrong size short but can’t get it done after the third time. It said close 6pm on Monday so I got here after work at 5.30pm but actually you closed at 5pm. Came back again on Friday after work when it said close 9pm, but you closed anytime before 6.30pm. Can’t imagine how annoying it is.

Horrible experience! Had needle in the jacket and it scratched my arm. It’s been one week now and the scar is still there. Only got one staff contacted me. After she heard I was ok, she quickly just wanted to end the conversation. No compensation mentioned and the apology is very faked. Maybe they think it is not worth to mention. Will never go again. Terrible!

Love this shop. Men's and womens clothing for all occasions, formal, office wear or casual. Always has something a little different for the individual in you.

Good range, some good specials available and plenty of room to move around the store.

Same as H&M i walk around to check out the range back five years ago they had items that were more my taste

Massive store with heaps of choices, shame the woman’s department is not on sale anymore but was told by the friendly sales person that there might still be some online & can choose this store to click & collect.Bought some kids close for a pretty good price today & service was friendly & swift.Will be back!

I would have given zero star if it is an option.Bought a polo as part of boxing day sale and only found out they didn't take the security tag off.Went back to the store today to get them to take off, unfortunately we have thrown the receipt away.Instead of just taking the tag off for a mere $30 polo, the store manager argued that the item has not been paid and took the polo from us. According to them the CCTV footage showed the staff mistakenly put the polo in the bag without scanning it.Asked to view the CCTV footage and they cited privacy issue and even brought centre security in.Store manager also made this remarks to us I am not giving you free clothing"
