Belle Property Escapes Port Stephens

This property was everything we needed on our week away. A short walk or bike ride to the beach, kids park or the best fish and chips cafe. Lots of indoor space, great backyard with clothesline, internal laundry and even a garage to store all our bikes and boards in overnight. The kitchen was great with open plan to breakfast table so we could all be together at meal times, and a big table outside under cover. It felt like a home away from home, we were very comfortable and will be visiting again. Thank you for being pet friendly as well, our dog slept in the sun outside most of the time, perfect!Thank you!Re the team at Belle Escapes thank you for the best communication I have ever experienced with a short term rental. You made the entire process so easy and smooth and I loved the gentle text messages prompting me to fill out forms and put the rubbish out. You made sure the admin side of things did not big down my holiday. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time . The house was well equipped with everything we needed ❤️ It was very clean and plenty of things to do we had the pool table table tennis and the swimming pool.

Whilst the accommodation size was what we were seeking there were lots of things wrong with the stay. On arriving we found the main bedroom shower hot water continually running (significantly) and could not turn off. Advised the property agent after many attempts to contact who advised they could do nothing. The next day we had no hot water and advised the property agent with no hot water available for the rest of the time there. Thank heavens it was hot weather. On top of this there were many other things - dishwasher kept turning off mid cycle and would not finish, no BBQ tools, long grass in the back yard, dead plants everywhere, not well maintained, rubbish in the yard, no can opener, broken dinning chair, broken glass under the outdoor setting to name but a few. In additional no instructions on how to operate most of the appliances just how to take care of them.This was supposed to be a special weekend for my children and grandchildren and for the price we paid it was very very disappointing.

I cannot find the words to show how appreciative we are of Jackie at Belle Escapes Hunter Valley/Port Stephens!Jackie & Sarah have both gone above and beyond, managing our properties and I would recommend Jackie to anyone looking for an agent to manage their Short Term Rentals.They always get back to us quickly, they are onto issues immediately, even after hours and they are amazing with our guests who are providing us very high reviews and ratings for our properties due to how well they are managed.You can expect to walk away and Jackie along with Sarah will manage everything, ensuring your guests have the best experience possible. And if you don’t want to walk away & want to be involved in some way, they will accomodate that also (We initially did this, but now she 100% manages our properties)I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case it is more than warranted & I hope it gives others some confidence in an agent, which isn’t always the case.

Perfect location, lovely big renovated apartment with all the comforts of home. Photos perfectly represent the apartment and the pool facilities. We loved the huge king sized bed, large jetted spa bath, washer and dryer, aircon and balcony. The only downside was that we couldn’t seem to get Netflix to work, but there was plenty of other channels and YouTube. We will definitely book this apartment for our next holiday in Nelson Bay. Thank you, you’ve made our stay amazing.

As soon as we walked in we were captivated by the beautiful decor and stunning views.The Stables was a place we didn’t want to leave.The beds are comfortable, the shower facilities are perfect , and basically the quality of every entire aspect of this place is first class.Nothing to fault at all of this stunning accomodation.First class

We had a lovely time and were very comfortable while staying at Blackies. The customer service was A grade and our needs were taken care of due to this wonderful customer service from both the owner and Belle Property Escapes. The house itself was homely, welcoming and stylish and we love the fact that doggo family members can stay, too. There is even a doggy door leading into the yard. Little touches like snuggle blankets were put to good use in the colder weather and the French windows allowed the wonderfully warm sunlight to filter into the main bedroom and kitchen, making for a very relaxing autumn day. We'll be back on future visits to Newcastle.

I will start with the positives.We stayed over new year at the Birds Eye view apartment on laman Street nelsons bay.The viewThe spaceFireworksSpending time with family.Close to beach. So location.No linen provided.No paper towel or tea towels for immediate messes in the kitchen only 2 dish cloths provided.No necessities provided like coffee, tea, milk, salt, pepper, sugar.On arrival there was dirty linen at the top of stairs in front of our doorLimited parking as garages are too small for our car.Furniture like the beds they were not comfortable the lounge was actually by far the most comfortable. and electronics like TV need updating.The DVD player didn't want to workThe remote for the TV in the loungeroom had no batteriesThe spa bath was brokenAnd a very very small aircon fan. Luckily we had the beautiful sea breeze coming through the balcony doors.And could be put in a description somewhere that it is stairs only accessNot worth $4500 more like $2500 or $3000 at the most. Especially for just 2 adults and 1, 4 year oldBurner on BBQ didn't work so had to ask apartment next to us if they had a lighter we could use as well.Would not stay again unless improvements are made especially for the price we paid for.

28 shoreline drive was perfect for holiday you feel it's your real home and you have everything you need i can say even more than what we needed lol.The place is stylish and very nice with pool and nearby beautiful long beach.We really enjoyed this house.
