Amazing staff !! Yang looked after me and made me an amazing deal on my dream bike and helped me out on all the accessories I needed to have the bike just how I wanted it and Neil in service assured me how well my bike will get looked after in the future, Sam and Andrew also super helpful and full of knowledge!! Truly amazing staff and will definitely go back to them and tell all others to do the same

Extremely disappointed, I had my bike sent here for an insurance job to get fixed! It’s been over 9 weeks now and I still don’t have a quote! I’m a mechanic and do insurance work daily and know it doesn’t take 9 weeks to do up a quote.

Overcharged on service of 3 hole dumpDocumented work needed doing when it did not as verified by next mechanic I now know why it’s called a stealership…. I will not return… once bitten…. Sorry but there are other Harley mechanics in South Australia

Yang at the team at Harley Heaven go above and beyond. Purchase Christmas Eve. No bank open all that day. Yang personally fit the sissy bar for me so I felt safe on the back. They still took the time out to go through every feature on the bike. Yang helped me work out how to do a transfer through Osko cos the bank was not open and rang head office and stayed on the phone til they could confirm payment (this is at like 4/4.30pm on Xmas eve). He even found a second hand seat through a client that would help my husband have slightly more leg space, called and organised it. Their insurance guy Mike organised the new insurance. He helped cancel the old insurance even though we didn't end up doing it as a trade in. To top it off, Yang called to make sure everyone got home safely. Seriously, if I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would.

Just picked my first Harley after nearly 15years of not having a bike. Richard and Mike were outstanding and provided the best, most personal customer service I've ever had in my 48 years. Easy going and small personal touches has ensured they will get all my business now. I highly recommend this business for all your bike related needs.
