Had an unfortunate situation here where my car had minor damage, though I only noticed months after the visit. Being unable to prove they damaged it, John at least offered to repair the part. The attitude was the problem however - the simple repair took over 2 weeks, and even though John said he was happy to come to meet me to put the part back in, he postponed once, and kept asking that I come in to his shop, rather than meet me as agreed.At the end of the day, the outcome of this situation was acceptable, though the attitude in doing it was not. I won't be going back.

I have been using Goodspanner for my tyres for 10+ years and have always been extremely happy with the service and staff until today. Took my wife’s car in to be told bluntly, no way today, should have booked it in. I understand the COVID is effecting staff levels, but this fella was just rude and blunt. Finished the conversation with “thats COVID” turned and walked back inside, no offer to book it in. Drove around the corner to JAX’s where I am sitting now, they are getting $900 from me for 2 tyres and balancing (yes I am paying to much) and it will be done this morning. Used to have the best staff, such a shame.

I had a tyre puncture so called in to Goodspanner. Helpful and friendly staff with the job done in a very timely manner. Would definitely consider them the next time I have tyre issues

Been getting my tyres & rego done there for a few years now. Always welcome with the smile.The team takes time to walk around the car with you and chat about what’s need to be done and options you have.When order specific tyres the turn over was still fast and got a call when they arrived at the shop.Great communication, friendly crew & good work so can recommend and will keep coming back.Thanks guys

Great service. I had a warning signal that my front left tyre was low. All my testing showed no issues. Popped into Goodspanner to check before a 4hr trip up the coast. They couldnt find anything wrong, spent 40mins testing for everything. No charge! Great friendly service.

Such great service! I had a mechanical emergency this afternoon. After being turned away from multiple other mechanics, I finally found Goodspanner on Harbord Road …… and they saved the day! Great trustworthy service (with no unnecessary up selling). A big thank you to all staff who helped me.
