To be completely honest with you all. It was not a good experience. Compared to other KFC locations I've been to, it's the worst one I've seen so far. Slow service and some of the worst cleanliness I've ever seen in any restaurant in my life. There was at least 1 fry on every table and there was chicken on the floor. There were several flies in the location and some had even flown pretty close to my chicken but they didn't fly onto the chicken luckily. It was at least cheap for what I got so it barely scrapes a 3 star for me.

We stopped in on our way back to Sydney (last week) I am vegetarian (so only had chips and a drink) but truly I have never in my life been to such a dirty fast food shop - I understand that sometimes things can get dirty (due to clients) but this was at a different level !

I ordered a 2 3 piece boxes and a burger. Only got 1 box and the burger. Went through again to order another box and the bun inside the box had a bite out of it and so did one of the pieces of chicken. The chicken looked like it was days old and the chips were soggy

The male toilet is a disgrace. Two urinals are blocked and urine and water are running across the floor. Not a good start to a meal!!

The last 5/6 times I've been to this store the food has been cold and old, messy, lack of lettuce on any burger. Wicked wings are not spicy at all. Staff seem to not give a rats a$$ even when directly complaining.Got a family meal replaced straight away because it was all cold... then the replacement was no better, and they still managed to mess up the order.Not recommended if you enjoy your KFC, you will waste your money here.

I ordered 10 nuggets and got 8 and 1 popcorn chicken and it was still pretty rubbery. I also ordered chips which had way too much salt on them. It was terrible. We also ordered 3 burgers and only received 2. But what a bargain. The only good thing was it was inedible and we wouldn’t have eaten it.

Waited half an hour which the order got lost in a system and given to someone else. I ordered 5chicken tenders, coleslaw, slushy and a large chips which even once I explained what I wanted again, I got a small chips with no salt and a box with soggy chips and popcorn chicken smothered in this disgusting orange slop. Didn’t even get the coleslaw or slushy which then again had to ask for.

Yuck!The chips are in the exit driveway as they would have to be an hour old. Chicken was oily, bread was flat & potato had a crust around the lid and HOT as! Glass doors must be cleaned with a dirty mop! No one inside but both bins overflowing. Learnt something today. If there’s no customers in there. It’s all old. Not fresh! Never again!

Was so unclean I was shocked. I love KFC will take me months to go back to any branch. Outside was filthy glass was gross and chicken bones all over ground. Bathroom was filthy. I will never take my family here again. Didn’t feel like eating my lunch as wondered how bad the kitchen would be, and the things that I couldn’t see!! Marulan clean up your act!! Disgusting

I had a nice experience at this KFC. But it's in urgent need of cleaning. Windows, seats and floor were all dirty and not at all looked hygienic for dine in. Almost all the staff members were teenagers and were doing a great job. It would be great if they had their hair tied or had a net cover over as we don't want to see people serving food playing with their hairs too :)
