Entered for a blood test forgetting mask, as I immediately realised and turned back to retrieve one from my car staff were rude and condescending, shouting across the clinic about it. Continued to be short and abrupt with me the entire visit.

My regular clinic was gloomy tired looking & slow to deal with attendees so I left & visited this clinic, and was highly surprised, it was bright &cheeryI was attended to promptly by friendly lovely staff and best of all they extracted my blood painlessly.
