Oroton DFO Perth

Oroton at DFO Peth Airport, what a disappointment, i bought a hand bag for the wife just before xmas last year, wife used the handbag for about 6 moths and some of the stitching came undone, so the handbag was shelved for a few months, waiting to go back for a warranty claim, yesterday my wife and daughter made the trip back to the oroton shop, the lady that served them was at best rude, she suggested my wife had attempted to hand stitch the bag herself, followed by a verbal disclaimer that these bags have a weight limit and you have carried to much weight in it, wife was quick to point out it carries the oroton purse, car keys and mobile phone and she had not attempted to fix the bag as its under warranty, the dribble continued from the unhappy shop representative and eventually she agreed to accepting the warranty claim, after pointing out that she had never seen this style of bag in her life from oroton, (think she was suggesting that it was a knock off), be sad if it was because i went into the shop last December and bought it. Bottom line, wife and daughter came out of the shop feeling they had just been interrogated by the oroton police and feeling comfortable they will both need to find a new supplier of handbags, purses and sun glass's. really a pathetic effort for staff to go on like this, if there is a load limit on their handbags they need to specify this upon purchase not upon warranty claim, not that i think my wife's purse, phone and keys would be to heavy for any bag, sad experience after a long relationship with what we thought was a quality supplier. Live and learn.

Excellent service! I’d come into the store just to have a browse and found a bag that I’d liked which looked appropriate for uni and a marvellous assistant named Aina(sorry for the spelling) helped a lot with understanding the pricing after the sale and similar items and pros and cons of each bag. She was sooo nice and patient with us even though we were very indecisive and was always expressing how she was happy to help!! It was such a great experience and she really helped me find a gorgeous bag and charm which looked absolutely amazing together!! Thanks heaps!!

The experience I got from a Caucasian lady with spects bragging herself 'storeManager' was real pathetic..Staring to customers like a sculpture without no assistance offered and when I asked her if she had more varieties of my proffered bag, she responded she don't know what I meant..Eventually requested to be served by another shop assistant.The lady attitude and her demeanour was real toxic.Refrain from shopping from Orton DFO outlet!

I shopped at Oroton Dfo yesterday and I must say what a beautiful end to end experience! The SR lady was very helpful and proactively showed me options around. She allowed me comfortable space to make my decision. The billing process was very dignified and I really appreciate the way the brand sells and creates experience even at the factory outlet! Loved the experience ❤️

I've always liked Oroton, but the customer service is poorWas browsing and didn't mind when no one approached to ask if I needed help as the store had decent amount of customers. However, after awhile in the shop, I noticed the SA only consistently greeted customers that were 'white looking' & haven't been in the store for long; whereas I've observed that customers that were 'non-white' & already been in the shop for awhile like myself, were left alone. At one point, the SA was standing across of me for at least 5 mins (where the cardholder displays were) as I was clearly choosing between cardholders but she made no attempt to assist & went to greet this white lady who just walked in.And when I paid the SA suddenly appeared 'helpful' again ...

Pretty good, except I went there twice noting they closed at 5pm and they were shut by the time I got there, which was about 15mins to 5pm....was a bit dissapointed considering I travelled from the country
