Christina, I think her name is, friendly Brazilian lady - cut my hair. I’m very happy with the results, went from long hair down to my mid back to a long bob. It looks great. She’s very nice to talk to and does a diligent job.

Worst Keratin treatment done by the male hairdresser. Has no idea what he is doing. Do not recommend

I had a chemical straightening last Fri 16th June 2023, i have since discovered that most of front of my hairline was burnt off as well as 2 large spots at the rear. These areas were my re-growth, I'm extremely disappointed at the damage.I've previously had 2 chemical straightenings on my coloured hair, along with a hair treatment at A&Co in 2020 and 2021 without any issues like this. I'm so not happy!

I had such a lovely experience today all thanks to lovely Rebecca, who was so friendly and genuine and made my hair vision come to reality.Good customer service makes all the difference as well as her skill set. I’d recommend this place for sure and ask for Rebecca or the lovely Christina her also was so lovely and helpful.

Went to A&Co to get half a head of foils and a cut with a $89 Groupon. The girl who did my foils only skimmed the very thin top layer of each section of hair and so the majority of hair was left out of the foils. This resulted in much of my regrowth still being visible and the colour was very uneven on either side of my head, as I part my hair it in the middle.I rang the salon a couple days later to ask if they could fix my hair as I wasn’t happy with it. Had to ring multiple times before someone answered on the other end though, and when I did get through I didn’t get clear answers and was told their only weekend appointments available were in a month and a half.I finally spoke to the owner who was quite rude over the phone and kept cutting me off, but asked me to send her photos of my hair so she could have a look. She replied to my message saying she sees nothing wrong with my hair only that I should have gotten a full head of foils to hide my regrowth.I don’t know how she couldn’t see how uneven the colour was so I rang the salon back straight away and spoke to a lovely hairdresser named Rebecca to state again that I’d like to come back to the salon to get my hair fixed free of charge. She said they can probably do it for me free of charge but I said I’m not coming unless they tell me it will definitely be free. They finally agreed to fix it for free and was able to book me an appointment a couple days later.So after 10 days of lots of calls and messages back and forth I finally got my hair looking close to what I wanted initially. The owner was very kind to me the day I went back to get more colour so that was nice and there was no additional charge. Gave 2 stars for being willing to fix my hair but based on my overall experience I don’t want to return. First 2 photos are what my hair looked like after my first appointment and 3rd photo is after my second appointment.

I adore my regular visits to A&Co Hair Beauty. They have been my go-to for 3 years now and I won't be changing. Della - she is my absolute angel in disguise. 100% most considerate and thoughtful hairdresser I have ever had. Love her and love coming to A & Co. :)

I have been getting my hair done here for years; the owners are a wonderfully passionate family and it's always a lovely experience coming in for my appointments. My hair is always well looker after the price is unbeatable and my favourite is the chocolate snack jars .. the little personal touch and generosity is a great addition to their already delightful experience and service.
