True 5 stars for Lee. I spoke to Lee at length at the end of the week - my near-new and beloved Rocket coffee machine would not pump water through the group head (but all else was working fine!) Lee booked me in for Monday afternoon, basically next business day" which I was impressed with. Alternatives were at least a week additional wait

Great Service at affordable price. Very good at explaining what needs to be fixed. I quoted five other companies and their price is too high. Lee came over my caravan and fixed my machine with only 120 dollar. Highly recommend to you guys.

I came across these guys as I didn’t want to have to go out of the way to drop off and pick up my home espresso machine (Rancilio Silvia). Anyway, Nick came on time, explained everything very clearly, explained potential future fail points of my machine (8 years old) so I could make an informed decision. Was extremely pleased with the service, made my life simple which is awesome and really appreciate it. Best of all I didn’t need to lug it around anywhere. Will definitely use again and recommend.
