$150 for full service of my 85 telecaster, including replacing a threaded tremelo bar frame.Maybe a bit of attitude during the dropoff, but great at pickup. I guess it depends who you get behind the counter.Great work, decent price. I've paid more for worse work elsewhere.

Love their work. Always welcoming to customers, myself and others I've witnessed picking up or dropping off. I've had work on a guitar that had little value, other than sentimental (my dads cheap acoustic that was a righty and I wanted it converted to lefty) and their cost was more than the guitars worth. They understood it means the world to me. I've since been back with 2 electric guitars with varied issues. And I'm just so stoked every time. Great team, even tripping down from Murray Bridge is worth it. Won't go anywhere else for Setups or work.

A short note to let Brian know I am pleased with the work he did on my S-Style low end guitar - the action up and down the fretboard is significantly smoother. Thank you Brian.RegardsTony

Purchased a guitar sight unseen from interstate which is something I don't like doing. I really want to see and play a guitar in person before buying. Well the guys at FretCo really helped me along with honest accurate descriptions of the guitar and additional photos and quickly answering any silly question my mind would come up with. Down to the guitar being very securely packaged. It arrived quickly and it's even better than I'd hoped for. Highly recommended.

Been a regular customer for over 20 years. Had some custom pickups in a guitar go microphonic, so I took it in to get them repotted and the original pickups reinstalled as I am selling it.When told it would cost $80 for the pickup swap I said not to worry about putting the originals back, I would get a friend to do it, thinking I could save some money. Brian explained that it would cost $80 to remove the pickups anyway and then told me to take my guitar somewhere else.

When dropped off my Strat for a warranty repair I was told about “a week”. I thought great, that’s perfect as the guitar was required for a gig 11 days later. So 10 days goes by and I hear nothing back. (This is now well after a “week” as first stated at drop off) It is now the following Friday and I call them first thing in the morning (maybe they had just forgotten to let me know it was ready) The guy I spoke to said he hadn’t even gotten to it yet and would “look at it” today and message me in the afternoon for when it was ready to be picked up”. So then 4:30pm rolls around knowing they close at 5pm, I had still not received a message or even an update. So I call them again and the guy says he still hasn’t looked at it yet!! I understand that things can get away from you as a business owner but you are a shop dealing with equipment that is someone’s livelihood and source of income. For a simple switch issue I wouldn’t expect it to take nearly two weeks (or longer as it is still not fixed) and if there is something holding things up that is out of your control is to at least provide an update to your customers and not give them false promises. This would have given me ample time to organise other arrangements.
