Yennys was a good florist, there was a heap of different fresh flowers to choose from and lots of prepared bunches at a good price as well.I bought a bunch of sunflowers (18$) for my wife and all were in good condition cost is relative to what you buy and the types of flowers that you get.Both ladies were very helpful and willing to advise on the questions I asked. Lots of good information as well.If you liked my review give me a tick on the blue hand and help me improve my google local guide experience.

Amazing customer service! They went out their way to make me a fresh bunch of flowers. They even made it beautiful with a different wrapping than to what it looked on show, they put initiative and love into their work. I'm so very thankful and one happy customer !

When we learned of our Friends Mother passing we wanted to send her some flowers just to let her know we were thinking of her. Being in Perth we searched for Florists in the area and found Yennys Florist. The lovely lady took our request over the phone and within the hour we had a message from our friend thanking us for the magnificent arrangement Yenny had created. Beautiful fresh fast and efficient service, an extremely delightful experience and sure to order more from this incredible Florist again. Thank you so much Yennys Florist xxx

I ordered a sympathy arrangement and picked it up this morning, the customer service was good no complaints there. Unfortunately when I got the arrangement home prior to delivery to a very dear friend of mine I noticed a few of the white Roses and other white flowers had some Browning on them and just didn't look fresh. This was very disappointing i expected them to be perfectly fresh and they should have been no excuses at all. Unfortunately I will not trust any future special arrangements with this local florist.

Worst service ever. Paid an expensive price and received damaged flowers with ripped up damaged bruised petals. When showed the two staff members, they became aggressive and both started shouting angrily causing a scene. Very hostile and terrible low quality. Disgusted and shocked, will never use again.
