This place is dodgy - beware!!!!They told us stories and tried charging us heaps more when my husband asked a quote to re sole his shoe. We took his shoes to different cobbler who did a fantastic job for half the price.!!! (And the material they told us that was hard to get & expensive, wasn’t!!!)

I've had 2 great experiences here, not sure what happened with the other guys situation.$16 for my car key to get a new battery and the lady was lovely! Key works a treat.Can't remember price for basic house key but it was reasonable, great service and cut well.10/10

Had my g-shock battery changed 2 months ago and it died today? Saw the lady grabbing battery from jar full of batteries looking like used ones and put them in.. really? And $20? Wow, stop ripping people off

WORST WATCH REPAIR STORE IN SYDNEY.DO NOT go to this store. I went for a battery replacement and they broke my watch (3 out of 4 buttons stopped working), then they blamed me and YELLED AT ME!!!!! saying I gave them a faulty watch and still wanted to charge me for it.Needless to say after much arguing, they eventually found that THEY had made an error when putting the watch back together after replacing the battery, and after correcting it, the buttons started working again.No apologies, no customer service.WORST WATCH REPAIR STORE IN SYDNEY.

Last Friday I showed two apple metal strip to change the length n asked how much and she told me $20 I feel bit expensive but ok fine she said 10min so I waited and come back went there n it’s not finished I was short on time for my lunch break so I didn’t looked the receipt expecting $20 but she charged $30 so I called to tell her why $30 and she is saying $15each I never heard $15 at all I only heard $20 so wow can’t trust a thing she is saying next time need to change battery she will do discount but I don’t want to use any of her service wow ripped off

Avoid this shop. I was charged $20 to change car key battery which only cost $12 from original dealer. What a ripped off.
