I recently visited the Sauce brewery in Marrickville and I must say, we all had a great time.The brewery is located in a great spot, with easy access from the main road and it was easy enough to park there.The staff was super friendly and they help me navigate through their extensive beer selection.One thing that really stood out to me was the size of their backyard area. It was huge and provided a perfect space for me to sit and relax with my toddler. I loved the fact that the brewery is dog and kid friendly, which really added to the overall atmosphere of the place.The only downside to my experience at the Sauce brewery was the fact that they didn't have any high chairs available.I would highly recommend visiting the Sauce brewery in Marrickville. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day, catch up with friends, and try some beers. If you're in the area, be sure to check it out!

Held of daughters 1st Birthday at Sauce. The team were excellent at providing support prior to the day and really accomodating when it came to changing numbers and allowing for balloons and cake. This is a great spacious venue with a big outdoor area and undercover with heaters making it practical all year around. Great selection of beers and food available from the food truck onsite. Highly recommend this venue for catch up with mates and/ or your next event!

This is probably my favourite brewery in Marrickville. A large open beer garden, music on Sundays, decent food from the food truck out front, plus great brews on tap. I always end up going with a couple of paddles when I'm there to satisfy my FOMO so I get a taste of every beer on tap. The staff are always super nice and patient. If it's a nice day outside and you're in the area, make sure to stop by.

Cool, funky, urban brewery with 'Merican BBQ 'food truck' on site. Hidden down a side lane.Plenty of beers and ciders to choose from.Great looking beer garden, cool vibes.

Nice assortment of flavoured beers but didn't get a chance to try their wines. Set-up is very warehouse like but nice large outdoor area with high tables near the entrance and standard tables outside. Food very basic but apparently freshly catered for.

New modern brewery that offers a wide range of beers, including a couple of guest taps. Really good beer garden and the brewery is both kid and dog friendly. Beers are really good and the Paddle Pops were a hit too. Will most definitely come back

Caught the brisket coming right out, super nice. Fatty crispy tender. Sausage with jalapeño and cheddar felt like being in San Antonio.

Finding Sauce is kinda tricky as it's a bit hidden, but once you discover it you'll visit often.From the bunch of breweries around this is one of the best ones, they always have fun brews on tap and their constantly experimenting.Their outdoor seating area is great for families and it's dog friendly.They also have a good truck with things like burgers and chips.Don't miss on this one, you'll become a regular soon enough

Get on the Sauce!On a recent pub crawl through Marrickville on a bleak Thursday we wound up on the sauce at Sauce. We tried a few of the brews here - starting with the Toasted Pineapple XPA, which was an absolute treat (second best beer of the day - and one I would seriously come back to get on for a sesh!) - we then sampled a coconut brew before getting into the Piña Colada Fog (pineapple and coconut combined).The space here is big, the Sunday sesh’s must be epic, as the outdoor area looks ready for a festival-sized crowd. The beers here are seriously good, the brewery also has some seriously good looking equipment.If you haven’t yet… get on the Sauce!(looks like food trucks come by as well. Chur Burger had their truck here when we came by)

I’m a big fan of Texan bbq. Smelled amazing and bark of the brisket was bussing. However, both brisket and pulled pork were dry. And seasoning is quite “normal”. But for beer it’s 5/5 esp fruity one which I forgot the name of.
