Very disappointing experience with this company. Spent many weeks designing our kitchen and we thought it was going so well and were impressed by their service. Then nothing, wouldn't respond to emails and completely ghosted us. Never heard from them again. Avoid at all cost

The kitchen was fine but we were stung by other trade quotes that ended up costing 2-3x Concept’s quoted amounts. Be careful to manage the other trades or you will get a nasty surprise.

Love my new Kitchen! Beautiful design by Mike and lovely end result. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There were a few little hiccups, but concept were very accommodating and timely in fixing anything we requested. Would recommend.

I recently orded some purpose made office joinery from Concept Kitchens in Port Macquarie. The joinery was installed yesterday and on a critical time line.I was most impressed with the professionalism of their representative Jedda Magg and their installer Matt Palmer. They were both easy to deal with, very responsive to my requirements and a pleasure to deal with.I would reccomend this company to anyone wanting quality purpose made joinery, on time, and delivered in a professional manner in all respects.

EDIT: Went back to have my laundry, bathroom and ensuite done and was told no one would come out as I lived too far. I had to draw up what I wanted and email it to them! Are you kidding me!!! The next week your installation truck is driving past my house going to a suburb further away then me! Such a shame the original salesman retired I love my kitchen was excellent service and design. Would not recommend.
