Had a broken central ducted AC system in my house. Went to other AC fixers and was given poor service and out of pocket inspections.Russell Air came for the first inspection for free with Loki with a preliminary quote. Further to this, he came again for a detailed inspection and fixed my aircon within 1 week.He explained things clearly, that a gecko was fried on the electrical board of my AC and did the job independently while I worked from home. I am happy with their service.

Fantastic service! Called to service 2 splits, and fault find ducted and service and Lachy arrived on time, didn't charge for fault find confirmed under warranty and Amber sorted everything out. Great communication and when part arrived early the boys who came and fixed were on time, even a bit early, super friendly and extremely fast. Much better price and service then the people who first installed my aircon 4 years ago I won't be going anywhere else.

No fee home visit, followed with a competitive quote and comprehensive indoor/outdoor photos of proposed installation in a one bedroom, first floor unit - two best quality split system air con options to choose from both with winter cash back offer - two professional, respectful, helpful installers arrived on time on the day. Vacuumed before they left. Good phone reception and communication too. Happy customer. Cash back $150 approved.
