The staffs were friendly and helpful, but there was one lady with inappropriate attitude and she was annoying with me in every word I said. I was totally upset.

Great accommodation. Nice and cozy. Sleeps so many people. It's like a little cottage. We also got a great deal on the skis.

The older gentleman who helped out my friends and I with out ski fitting was absolutely lovely. He was very attentive and took care of us very diligently. Made fun conversations and gave us very helpful tips. Definitely recommend this ski shop.

The website for the shop didn't mention anything unusual. We pre-booked snow gears and when we got there we found out that the shop is under new management and closed for an indefinite time.
