Cessnock Grooming Salon

My little four legged friend and I have been regular customers for 15 years now. Stu and his team are always happy, friendly, helpful and understanding of your pets. My little dog loves going for visits. She is always well looked after and always finishes her grooming sessions looking like a little princess. Thank you Stu and team for always an A class job.

**This place has a Dog hitter**Yesterday i stopped into the shop to see if i could book at this place. I saw the grooming lady through the door and called her from outside on my phone. The dog she was grooming was not cooperative and she belted the dog 3 times on its back and right side to make it stand while tethered to the bench, she saw me standing at the door and all of a sudden she made out she'd been bitten. I had eyes on her for a good 30seconds before the incident trying to get her attention she was not bitten but the dog kept sitting while she was grooming and she was clearly frustrated, Seeing that i left straight away. It took 3 different Salons till I found the best one. They groom my Teddy perfectly. Amazing job every time.

Beautifully cut my gorgiouse little dogo! good feet. Her nails cut and a bow and a little snack for my Beautifull princess to go home with.

Terrible Service! Took my dog in for a 'splash and dash'. Website stated that it included nails trimmed and ears cleaned but all he received was a wash. Even the wash didn't include a rinse. I had to shower my dog straight after to get rid of the soap suds. It would seem they are just too busy and don't have the time or care to provide the services they advertise.

The staff always listen to requests for the way you want your dog groomed. Very happy with their service. Have been using them regularly for several years.

I have used Cessnock Grooming Salon twice now for our elderly papillon. He suffers from arthritis and is a bit of a sook. He doesn’t like anyone ,even me , touching his back or legs but he’s quite happy to be pampered and looked after by the girls. He comes out bouncing and happy. I can highly recommend the salon and the girls are always lovely to deal with and we find it great value for money.
