Not at all happy with this hair cut, it looks like a mullet cut. I feel as though she didn’t listen. Won’t be going back

First time I've had my hair dyed and i had the most wonderful experience. Sweet staff who knew exactly what i wanted and loved the end result. The amazing hairdresser was just as excited as me. I was offered water and beverages, just overall a very positive and welcoming experience. Plus the end result was a dream come true!!

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.Edit: whilst I understand I have no attends this ‘business’ I am writing from experience exposure. I was calling on the behalf of someone who was inconsolable and felt like she couldn’t talk to them. So my recommendation is a big NO for this salon. I have tried to attain the refund policy and procedure and yet nothing and no one has gotten back to me.Appalling service when asked about a haircut that was done wrong. They hung up on me and told me I wasn’t allowed to access their policy and procedures.

So pleased!!! Amazed!!! The time and care shown today was phenomenal. Every few months I get same long hair at various salons… half head blonde foils and brown - followed by cut and blow wave. This amazing hairstylist was confident and listened to me, she went with me on a pink toning adventure (inspired by my daughter). She made me feel confident and the before “straw growth” compared to the after “goddess pink tinged dream” was EVERYTHING.

I got the worst haircut of my life here today unfortunately. I asked for a layered cut to take some volume out of my mid back length hair and ended up with a roughly chopped up crooked haircut that looks like I did it myself. I asked for just a trim of the ends and then the layers to be cut to take out the volume, the hairdresser cut off a good 4-5cm in length plus started the uneven layers at shoulder length. I will have to get it fixed now and will loose another 8- 10cm of length. I am pretty disappointed and upset that they didn't just tell me they couldn't do it instead if butchering my hair this way. Everyone I've send pictures to, has send me their condolences and started laughing.

I have been seeing the fabulous team at Classix for two years now, I would not go anywhere else. They team are friendly, experienced and look after me 100%. I always leave happy and feeling like a million bucks! More than reasonable prices, excellent service...only wish I could rate them higher!

They were excellent! I just needed a simple haircut and you would be surprised at how many other places stuff that up! The lady who did my hair was professional and confident. She really know what she was doing. I will definitely be back for my next haircut.
