I can highly recommend Shelly as a remedial masseuse. She has an excellent understanding of the way muscles work and an amazing ability to work through tight areas to locate the source of pain. I have been seeing Shelly for many years and am now taking my teenage son to her to help him through a series of school sports related injuries.
