Terrible customer service. Was completely ignored by staff even though store was empty and two ladies working there. Were not friendly when i was purchasing and did not say thank you. Suffice to say, i will not be returning to this store again. It was my first and last time unfortunately.

A large array of products to choose from including backpacks, cases of all different shapes, colors and styles as well as purses and all of your travel needs at a competitive price. In front of the store in the photo is a carpet clearance stand with lots of specials on today.

Purchased luggage from here on Friday. Lynn and the lady at the register were so helpful and friendly. Had such a positive experience! Will definitely be back :)

Staff is friendly, only thing is staff doesn’t check click and collect when store opens this has happened twice for me. I had to either ring and check or come in store and wait for staff to process on the spot and me collecting the stock for them. One of the staff members was just standing behind counter, shop not busy at all

The manager at Bankstown, is a lovely lady, I've known her for many years, she is always very friendly and helpful for the bags I need for charity, family plus friends.

Christopher papas provided excellent service. Ensured my family and I were taken care of and educated us on the different types of luggages there are. 10/10 would recommend this store for locks !!

Two stars for two of the staffs was friendly when we trying to order the luggage and the luggage they selling was very great,but the other skinny female staff was rude as anything when we have some trouble and want to refund the goods,it is the worst service I’ve ever had,please Strandbags do something to stopping losing customer
