The Indian guy there is a total scammer would not recommend to anyone better stores out there did not want to sell the cover I wanted then charges me for an expensive case and gave me a bodgie one when asked to refund tried to tell me his machine was not working whilst the girl was using to to make a transaction stay clear of them

Very unprofessional business. Take care.I’ve taken my Apple Watch to repair the power button. When it was ready for collection, I paid $160 for the service without being able to test it, as the watch was out of battery. At home, I figured out that the crown button and battery were totally damaged. I took the watch back to the store and after multiple back and forth and 7 weeks trying to get it fixed, I finally asked for a refund, which has been rejected. I spoke to representatives of the Westfield mall, who advised me to escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading, which is going to be my next step.I would suggest anyone to save their time, money and mental health avoiding this store. It has been a very stressful and time consuming situation, which makes me feel extremely disrespected and mistreated as consumer.

I thought my phone had to get a charging port replacement and phone king bondi junction said it would cost $219 dollars but when we went to mobile experts pinky just cleaned it out and saved us all that money for nothing she was a great person!
