Collings Real Estate have been extremely professional to deal with. I’ve had my property leased by them for a couple of years. They deal with any issues that may arise swiftly and always deliver what they promise. Further more my property has been leased twice in a timely manner without any lapse. Our former property manager Isabella was immensely helpful while vacating our former rental property. She was highly responsive with our enquiries, fair with out requests and generally pleasant and professional to deal with. We have since gone on to rent a property though Collings again and have been very pleased with their service. I would highly recommend them.

I have been dealing with Collings Real Estate for the last year and a half. I have been dealing with a number of boys in the team who have been looking after a few rentals. They are always on top of everything therefore I do not have to worry about anything other than what jocks to put on in the morning! Could not be happier with the service and team they run. Christian and his team at Collings Real estate have been a joy to work with throughout.I live in Queensland and needed to be able to trust the management of my property in Melbourne to a professional and reliable company.In all aspects of property management the team at Collings have been exceptional, dealing with maintenance issues and other concerns of my tenants as well as keeping me updated on any developments that arise and all at a rate much less than other real estate companies.It pays to go with a smaller company such as Collings, as you get a more personalised service without loosing any of the professionalism.
