Essence Massage Australia Fair

Took my wife and daughter for a relaxing massage, Had many massages in the past this will have to go down as one of the worst, They seemed not very inexperienced Would not recommend.

Hands down worst massage I have ever received. Myself and partner have both been left extremely disappointed. Minimal effort was put into the remedial message, requested very hard and wouldn’t even call what I got medium. Appeared to have 0 massage knowledge/experience. Minimal focus on knots or the muscle in general, blindly applying pressure to where ever. At times appeared to loose focus / interest with periods of massage pausing, hands just resting, left wondering what’s going on. Almost seemed as if using one hand at times while on phone with other hand. Left multiple times for no apparent reason. Head massage was painful with strange scratching. In conclusion no technique, no effort, poor pressure and a massage which has left me ropeable. Strongly advise agaisnt booking here.

I just visited the Australia Fair store and was treated by Sean, He was AMAZING! i have frequent neck, shoulder and back pain which often leads to migraines. After seeing Sean i felt so much better!From the first min he started the massage i was blown away by how quickly and easily he was able to find the troublesome areas and work on them with just the right amount of pressure!Good strong hands and very friendly and professional service! you can definitely tell he knows his stuff! i will definitely be back that's for sure!Highly recommend Sean!!

I had a massage yesterday. That was amazing. And I remember the massager was Lacey!! She’s amazing, I was really enjoying the massage. And I’ll definitely be back.❤️❤️❤️

Staff do not understand english well. Tried to add another person to our booking and the lady said that was ok, but when we turned up, they didnt have the staff. The environment was nice and clean, and the massage was good.

This remedial massage was the worse i had in recent years, it was more average than a normal massage. The Japanese lady just put her elbow against my sore spot and move her elbow slowly. And she definitely need to be trained properly before providing her service to more clients. I paid for 40 minutes and she finished my massage in 35 minutes. It suddenly refreshed my memories of my last visit, which was 2 years ago at that shop, the massage was also finished before my paid time.

Covid Awareness-Very upset & regretful.The therapist named Lina, she was still coughing during the massage, her bare hands touches my back arm and neck skin area and not onto cloth area. Massage was not good with no power at all, she should not be allowed to work when she's not well. I've since tested positive after visit & very regretful to visit this place as they should not allow someone that's infected still to work and touching onto skin instead of covered cloth during massage. The responsible person incharge there should not let this happen to their clients. Never return again.

I went here thinking I had called my usual massage place at Australia fair so was ten minutes late as I was sitting in the wrong waiting room.Fast forward to my appointment, there were two staff members I could see, one male one female.While I was getting undressed, the lady came in to tell me I would pay after the appointment. Seems obvious right…I was then laying undressed, and the male staff member was chatting through the curtains, then pulled it open to see me laying there not covered properly.Did not even bother to look away or apologise. No privacy what so ever.They provided me with a damp towel to cover myself with so I was freezing cold..The female staff member then proceeded to attempt remedial massage.It did not feel like she was trained in massage at all. Felt like she had no idea what she was doing.Phones went off on multiple occasions right next to me and the two staff members spoke to one another through the curtains while I was receiving the massage trying to relax.I had to ask her to cut the massage short because it was so poor.$70 for the worst 45 minute massage I’ve ever had. I don’t feel I should have even paid for it.I would literally never step foot back in this place again.
