The Montessori Farm

We have moved childcare centres this year due to being extremely unhappy with the farm. My daughter would come home with an incident report almost everyday of the week. Every report was “she almost did this” or “she did this” with absolutely no explanation as to why or how it happened. I would walk in every afternoon and children would be running mad in the yard - hitting each-other screaming in each others faces with no where near enough staff to be watching the children. They lost so many wonderful staff (not due to the mandates). Got very little updates throughout the day in Story Park and if we did it was either photos or very minimal information. We attend a new childcare now and have not had one negative thing said about our daughter and not one incident report! Going from almost 3-4 a week to 0. We are updated every single day with so much effort put into story park posts and the love for the children is there. They aren’t just there to work and go home, every educator and the owners have a passion and love for their children. Very glad we made the move. Owners need to look at their management because it’s run very poorly.

We love The Montessori Farm and have been enrolled for the past 3 years with our oldest son (5years old) and very recently our youngest son (1.5years old).The centre facilities are fantastic and were a big draw for us when we were initially looking into childcare. Our boys absolute favourite activity is visiting the farm, interacting with the animals and working in the gardens. They love playing in the big yards and interacting in the many wonderful sensory, physical, and educational activities their wonderful teachers prepare each day.Their meals are healthy and delicious, our boys always have a second (or third) helping.Our boys adore their teachers and have a loving relationship with them. We have seen them both really blossom under their care.The Montessori philosophy approach builds confidence and independence which have been wonderful developments especially for our eldest in preparation for school.The Montessori Farm have also been incredibly supportive of our youngest who has Epilepsy, ensuring protocols and procedures are in place to keep him safe and keep our minds at ease.

Loving this centre, facilities are beautiful and well equipped (the sheep are amazing!) the staff are so friendly and welcoming and my child is always happy to be there!

Every person we have encountered here has been amazing, from 6 months old to now 2.5 years old we have been looked after and loved beyond imagination. The staff at Montessori have provided our little girl and us with memories we will cherish forever. We have sadly had to leave due to location and a change of circumstance but I wish we didn't. You will all be remembered and missed. Thank you for everything, I cannot recommend this centre enough for anyone looking for an amazing team to look after and teach their little ones. My two boys have been with the farm for 3 years and we couldn't be happier. The educators and support staff are lovely with both boys loving daycare days, especially lunch time thanks to the onsite chef.They have been extremely accommodating to our OT whom conducts her sessions at the centre for one of our children, and have played such a big role in supporting his growth ready for school.

We swapped to this daycare from another one and it was honestly like night and day. We love this daycare so much. The educators are amazing and my daughter always looks so happy in the updates they send me. Whenever I reach out to check in on my daughter they are always so responsive and are never annoyed by me asking. I highly recommend this daycare.

A Montessori based curriculum with amazing teachers and staff coupled with lots of outdoor activities a great chef all based in a beautiful location.

The dedication, passion and commitment of the staff are second to none and I couldn’t be happier sending my child to this centre. Every day there is an amazing array of experiences, opportunities and fun. Each child’s learning is facilitated in an engaging way that fosters love, understanding and support.

We have moved to the area from aboard and The Montessori Farm school has welcomed us as a family with open arms. Our son is so happy to go to school. He truly loves his fantastic teachers who genuinely care about his wellbeing. He loves the farm, feeding the cows and sheep and playing outside in the big play grounds. The Montessori work cycle has been brilliant and the attention to detail with each individual child is incredible.We have had a few health issues and the team at Montessori have been extremely supportive to us. The advice and support has been amazing. The whole team has been very caring and thoughtful.We feel very lucky to be at The Montessori Farm School and we cannot thank them enough for everything.
