Supercharge Batteries
Bought a deep cycle battery from auto one $260. They advised to keep off the cold concrete and to charge after use. If not used recharge. I followed advice, used three times for camping over a year and a half. Recharged in winter after using previous summer. Charge was at 95%, heard a boiling sound coming from the battery after 2 hours of charging. Turned off. Battery completely dead. Took back to auto one, out if warranty ring super charge" Had 1 yr warranty.Spoke to manager of super charge " out of warranty cant do anything"Pretty disappointed for the money you pay. Surely a two year life span isn't right. A faulty battery?!Rant over"

Bought a Gold series car battery . Went back to exchange the car battery during the 40 Months Full battery replacement but did not honoured the warranty. Told me that I abuse the battery, but I did not. So, you know the company's replacement policy is for show only.

Gold battery with 40 month warranty failed in less than 9 months. Claim rejected by Supercharge as battery was bulging from overcharging which is totally untrue. Used Supercharge religiously for all my vehicles and have had several failures only over the last 3 years. Previously they used to manufacture great batteries with higher CCA readings compared to other batteries on the market. Will not recommend Supercharge batteries to my fellow car builders from now on. Very disappointed.

Battery that was sold by them in old Warehouse around 12 months ago was not stamped by their foreman and has recently failed. There manager, Nigel asked for a receipt instead of honouring a 30 month warranty. Terrible Service, and misleading warranty service which we will be pursuing further....be wary of this mob!

I would not recommend. Replaced original Panasonic battery in 2011 FJ cruiser in 2019. (lasted 8 years) with a Super Crank Gold MF80D26L. Noticed it was starting to lose a bit of cranking power after 2 years. replaced under warranty 2021 now this battery is on the way out. CCA supposed to be 720cca. After charging with a quality charger in calcium mode as recommended by Super charge themself only 600cca ran recondition charge mode several times battery still only shows 600cca. Technically still under warranty. Think I will go back to original Panasonic battery around $80 dearer but lasted 8 years

Helped out early before they actually opened as I was in a battery pickle. Gave me the tools to swap out 2 x truck batteries on site also. Lifesavers! 2nd time I've been here, good range of batteries on offer for all cars and trucks.

Careful....Wouldn't honour the 40-month warranty on a faulty battery that was 36 months old.The family that founded the business were far better to deal with.
