Kelly is amazing!! We have 2 very active Border Collies, and one has huge amounts of anxiety and reactivity. In a matter of weeks Kelly has worked with her so gently and consistently and has earned her trust. Luna looks forward to Kelly’s weekly visits, and both our dogs are tired and happy on the days she trains them.We love Kelly’s honesty and clarity with her training tips. We love that she doesn’t overwhelm us and helps us work on one or two things at a time.We look forward to working with Kelly to help our anxious pup gain more confidence in her world and learn that her world is fun!

Kelly is a very professional and effective trainer. Our first puppy, Kazumi (a spoodle), is always very happy to see her every week. We can feel that there's no pressure experienced during training but it is effective. Not only Kazumi learned a lot from her, but also us as pet owners. The training is really personalised to suit what Kazumi needs to learn. Kelly really spends time in explaining the responses that we, as pet owners, should be giving our puppy to give a clear message. Kelly responds to every questions/doubts we have. Kelly was fantastic. Very professional, excellent communication and accommodating. We used Kelly for dog sitting services, she came and met our dog at our place, and in the 10 minutes she taught him a new trick, to lie down, that we could use. She had our dog for 4 days, and kept us updated with photos and videos. He had such a lovely time with her he was sad when she dropped him off.

I’m a first time dog owner who was frankly a bit nervous about dog training and getting a dog.I ran into Kelly while I was walking my dog and watching her interact with the other dogs under her care cemented my decision to hire Kelly to train pancake.This was the best choice that I have made.Kelly is so kind and patient about my endless questions. She truly cares about the dogs under her care and it shows. We have discussed everything from toilet training to integrating my dog with my two cats to what type of toys I should be buying.Even after my dog (pancake) has graduated from Kelly’s training, I will only use the dog park at ryde park while she is there because I trust her expertise in handling dogs.She is the first person to break up an fights between any of the dogs and the first person to deescalate any situation.I personally have never had any issue with my dog playing with any of the dogs under her care and I have full confidence that if such situation were to arise Kelly would immediately jump in at the first sign of trouble.She is a fantastic dog trainer and I have recommended her to several of my clients already.10/10.

Kelly from Happy Tailz is a wonderful trainer. Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy absolutely loves her. In just four training sessions, my little boy learned so much from her. It was also convenient that she was able to conduct training at our apartment. She is friendly, reliable, patient with my puppy and responds to enquiries quickly. I highly recommend her.

Kelly was absolutely brilliant with my girls. She was fantastic and they loved hanging out with her. She sent me updates and pictures regularly and kept my cheeky dogs happy.

Kelly and Happy Tailz has been fantastic teaching my boy Lev to behave himself on walks and follow commands. She is greatly skilled at understanding individual dogs and their behaviours. Lev also often plays with the other Happy Tailz dogs at the park and they have a fantastic time. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
