I’ve been coming to Yoga Union for about a year. All of the instructors are so welcoming and care deeply about making sure your experience is nurturing, comforting and life-enhancing. I love their mantra of yoga for every body - my own body has its own unique quirks and conditions but without fail I always leave Yoga Union feeling better than when I arrived. I recommend Yoga Union unreservedly!

The workshop I did most recently was a New Moon meditation and Yin Yoga. It gave me a boost for DAYS, I was able to lift heavier weights the next day and it was so very worth it for mindfulness and relaxation.Highly recommend classes and workshops at Kaya Yoga.Easy parking City Beach location, gorgeous premises and really really wonderful teachers.
