Getting better. Bread is now quite good. Owner does try to up sell a lot which gets annoying.

This place is a joke. The Manager has no idea on hand hygiene. Recently ask for a [cake] and the Manager just scooped it out with his hand and into a brown Bakers Delight paper bag but kept it low so I wouldn't see it done that way. The use of tongs you would think would be the go. Would you eat it? Just what has the Manager touched all day long. The NSW Health Department should give this store the A-Z checkover ~ I'm sure it would pass!! The shop has gone [down hill] since Pauline left [old manager]. Better to shop elsewhere or visit when the girls are present and just see how well they were trained for Bakery $ales if at all. BTW: the Hot Cross Buns [Fruit and Plain] are much nicer and fresher from Coles.

Love Bakers Delight bread. Knotted seeded rolls & white or whole meal Vienna with sesame seeds yummy & their flavoured pull-uparts with your favorite winter soup delicious.

The worst bread in the hawkesbury. The owner clearly doesn’t follow the explicit recipes from the franchise. Everything tastes disgusting and is cooked wrong. Ruins the bakers delight reputation.

Bought breakfast rolls and these are what we got. Air. One would expect better value for his money. This is a rip off! Not coming back to this shop anymore. Shame.

Went to bakers delight Saturday 15/1/2023 as I purchasd 2 loaves of bread the guy offered me 2 FREE packets of hot cross buns but they weren’t free at all as I looked into my bank acc this morning he charged me $21 for them I have called bakers delight in Richmond mall & all he said was the hot cross buns were $10.50 a pkt I think it’s disgusting how he ripped me & I have no clue how many other customers he served on sat 15/4 with that false promotion yes I will be contacting head office about this I will never go to bakers delight Richmond mall & anyone who reads this should think twice about going there SHAME ON YOU BAKERS DELIGHT in Richmond Mall
