My daughter appeared nervous initially but eventually calmed down. Thanks to Melieta! She has the softest hands and reassuring voice. Appreciate it a lot.

Been a regular here with no issues. Unfortunately, recently had a foot X-ray here but the radiographer (young chinese guy) refused to even touch my foot and I felt like he wasn't doing his job properly. Not sure if my results were even accurate because of this. Lumus Imaging, please review your staff if you're reading this!

The reception staff at Lumus are all lovely and respectful, I had Jodie when i went and she was nice and we even had a good chat after my cortisone injection, she made me feel at ease, THANK YOU.The nurses and Dr who did my injection where just amazing and made me feel comfortable, when i was scared.I hate needles.Thank you all so much

Today on Friday 1st of July I had an appointment following up a surgery.Arriving at 9:40, I was only 10 minutes late to my appointment.The receptionist, Tina told me straight away that I could not be serviced for being late (in a rude manner). I told her why don't you ask me why I was late first?I told her I am in pain and need to be seen as I am worried for implications after my surgery. She refused and was overly rude while I was speaking to her.I asked to speak to her manager, Angela which I did over the phone. I explained to Angela that I was late by 10 minutes due to traffic after dropping off my kids to school and getting my special needs son ready in the morning. She understood and told me to wait and I'll be seen, thank you Angela for this.Tina, please learn how to speak to clients. Understand their situation and empathise before being rude. It is not what you say, its HOW you say it!I can see other reviews where someone said they were running late but receptionists have been lovely. Maybe Tina really needs to be trained on customer service skills.

I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist even though I was running late. The procedure was done by a lovely lady named Melieta. She has a calm, reassuring manner and very professional. It was overall a pleasant experience.
