Rodney, the business owner, sold me his 1985 Toyota Landcruiser that he assured me is in excellent condition and in the first week of owning it the brakes failed, the water methanol injection failed, the belts are loose and slipping, the master switch for electric windows failed, there's rust in the sunroof that he didn't tell me about, and it's broken down twice in a week.So far I've spent $4,000 on maintenance and repairs. I told him before i bought his landcruiser that I'm studying and volunteering in a youth centre and i can't afford repairs at the moment. He assured me that he took very good care of his landcruiser and he's a mechanic so i trusted him. When i asked him for help he sent me a rude and mean text message and he refused to help at all.
