Highly recommend Mike & the guys at Advanced Landscaping Perth. They are genuine, hard working and were quick to quote & complete the job exactly how we wanted it (completed the job before other landscapers even got back to us with quotes!). They're easy to communicate with & kept checking that we were happy with the progress and end result. Our neighbours were impressed & are now using Advanced Landscaping services as well. We won't be going anywhere else for future jobs! Thanks again to Mike & the guys.

Mike and his team did a fantastic makeover prior to putting our house up for sale. Rip out the old, level, new retic, new grass. Price was very reasonable, and such a friendly and professional service with a smile. Highly recommended!

Mike can definitely talk the talk, but doesn’t walk the walk.As you can see from the photos the double gate hasn’t been measured correctly and has large gaps for people to look through into our yard. This is the same with our side gate and was not an issue with our old gates.Within one month of the gates being installed one came off its hinges.A third party was brought in to fix them and told us the gate hadn’t been installed correctly. We now have added brackets that don’t match the colour of our very expensive gates.The established hedge we asked for is a joke, only one foot tall and already half dead.But the biggest disappointment comes with our driveway.It was poured on a Friday afternoon and everyone was in a hurry to get home and drinking on the job. We actually had to call Mike as his workers had left for the day and hadn’t finished smoothing the concrete!!No time was allowed between pouring the concrete and doing the sponge finish. It’s patchy, rough and looks unfinished as you can see in the photos. It’s worst right in the doorway which unfortunately is what everyone sees first.The icing on the cake really comes when asking Mike for the documents needed for the council rebate for the driveway, which he told us about in the first place.After 3 weeks of asking for the document I finally got Mike on the phone and was abused by Mike - saying it had nothing to do with him and he didn’t need to be doing is favours etc etcOnce we found out the name of the concrete company I was able to get the paperwork with one 5 minute phone call.
